All online registration and communications will be done through our school administration system, www.JupiterEd.com

New Student Application Process

• Parents and student visit classroom, meet teacher, receive handbook
• Academic screening to determine academic level
• Sign records release authorization for previous school

• Then check your email for a link or code to use in Jupiter to apply. You will be asked for general information and then there are four forms to complete.
• Don’t pay the enrollment fee until your application has been approved.

Our staff will consider the student application including the academic screening and previous school records. If the student is applying for admission during the school year, school board approval of the application is also required. You will be notified if application is accepted.

• If accepted, enrollment and materials fees need to be paid. Fees and tuition will be added to the account in Jupiter and can be paid online, or with cash or check at the school office. Payment can also be mailed to LCCS PO Box 1438 Brewster WA 98812.
• Registration on Jupiter needs to be completed if not already finished.
• Work with the school office to be sure we have records showing up-to-date immunizations or an exemption prior to student’s first day at school.
• Student’s academic file will need to be transferred to LCCS.

This process can take 2 to 3 weeks as we schedule visits and obtain and review records. We want to be sure your we find the best fit for your student!
